Customer Service Officer

Job Description

Main Tasks:

• Preparation and issuance of customer related reports on time and as per the set formats / templates.
• Work proficiently in Tadweer Bolisaty system in order to extract required data for reporting and customers complaints follow up.
• Work proficiently with FSI or any task management system in order to extract required data for reporting and customers complaints follow up.
• Liaise with dispatching staff on mobilization / demobilization progress and update the logs accordingly.
• Complaints management as a core responsibility and making sure that customer complaints logged, communicated, resolved and feedback is provided to the customer.
• Be the focal point of contact for customer communications related to operations.
• Toll Free number management
• Daily communication with colleagues in the commercial and operations teams.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Liaise with clients and prepare required documents to issue NOCs from CWM to dispose of selected waste, i.e. hazardous waste or sludge.
• Attend regular Operations Department meetings as required.
• Proactively visit customer sites for operations feedback and quality control.
• Follow the debt claim process and issue notices to the customers as and when necessary.
• Diligently performs any other reasonable work or related tasks at the request of his/her manager.

Requirements:

• Hold a relevant educational qualification from a well recognized and reputable academic institution fit for the required job function.
• At least 3-4 years proven experience in the same position preferably in the waste management, oil & gas or related sectors.
• Proficiency in Google workplace specially (sheets, docs and slides)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Hindi/ Urdu is a must.
• Good command of Arabic is an advantage.
• Able to transfer knowledge to colleagues, interns and students.
• Ensure proper record keeping.
• Communicate accurately, correctly, timely, effectively and in an appropriate manner using email, documentation and verbally.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Maximum flexibility due to the nature of work.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict handling skills.
• Good knowledge of waste management practices and hazards.
• General knowledge of Environmental hazards and HSE principles.
• Innovative and continual improvement mindset.
• Effective problem identification and problem solving.
• Proficient in Bolisaty system.
• Proficient in FSI or any task management system
