  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 6 customer service employees to ensure high performance.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior management.
  • Manage and maintain customer service documentation and records.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Industry: Business Setup (Mandate).
  • Candidates who can speak in Arabic will be preferred.
  • Ability to manage a team of 6 employees.
  • Open to moving to Fujairah for the role.
