Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 6 customer service employees to ensure high performance.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer interactions and resolve issues.
Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior management.
Manage and maintain customer service documentation and records.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in customer service.
Industry: Business Setup (Mandate).
Candidates who can speak in Arabic will be preferred.
Ability to manage a team of 6 employees.
Open to moving to Fujairah for the role.
