Primary objective of this position:
Build customer service function and making sure that the Customer Service function supports setup of the new Yale ME organization and grow sales in the region
Main Duties & Accountabilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring Customer satisfaction
\xef\x82\xb7 Enhance good level of response time between customers and internal departments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Taking care of certification in different levels
\xef\x82\xb7 Full analyse of sales and purchasing cost numbers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that all customer orders are registered and confirmed within agreed frames.
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow up on customer orders ensuring these are delivered according to the company\xe2\x80\x99s promises to customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that all required export documents are issued.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop customer service procedures, policies, and charts
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring smooth handling of customer orders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinating shipments from overseas suppliers
\xef\x82\xb7 Closely working together with distribution making sure shipments are packed according to destination\xe2\x80\x99s customs authorities\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Delivering inputs to ERP system ensuring seamless flow in customer service
\xef\x82\xb7 Updating customer pricelists in ERP system
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring ERP is always kept up to date with all customer data
Education / Qualifications:
Essential
\xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with customer service functions or similar
\xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Drop Shipments overseas.
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably in MS Navision or Axapta
\xef\x82\xa7 Extensive experience in working with Microsoft Office software\xe2\x80\x99s
\xef\x82\xa7 Ability to handle customers with a smile via both verbal and written communication
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience of working across different markets and cultures
Desirable
\xef\x82\xa7 International outlook with exposure to working across several markets
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience of working in a branded business
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience of working in consumer facing branded businesses either in FMCG or Consumer Durables
