is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Customer Service Logistics Officer to be based in Dubai.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Manage orders received via phone or email.
Verify order accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, shipments, and customer communications.
Work with cross-functional teams with all aspects of ordering and shipping from the principals.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product details.
Monitor inventory levels to guarantee accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Collaborate with suppliers and third-party service providers to ensure precise and smooth order fulfillment.
Provide general administrative assistance ensuring information is up to date.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in order processing, logistics, procurement, or any related field within the UAE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite mainly Excel and Dynamics 365.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
