Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience preferred but not required. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial. Training in customer service techniques and procedures is advantageous. Working Environments Airport terminal and customer service counters. Potential exposure to varying levels of noise and crowds.
