Customer Service Head

to lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring top-tier service delivery to clients. The role involves strategy development, team leadership, handling escalated issues, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team. Design and implement customer service strategies and policies. Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints. Set performance goals and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality. Prepare reports and monitor service performance.

Qualifications

:

years of customer service management experience, preferably in insurance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of insurance products and customer service systems.

Preferred

:

Previous senior management experience.
