Job Role:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Addressing customers queries in person and determining their needs.
Up to date knowledge of the company's property portfolio, policy and procedures; so that you can answer questions.
Preparing Booking Form, Agency agreement.
Communicating the clients for documentation, contracts, assisting them in signing contracts and clarifying client queries
Scheduling the property visit for the clients.
Arranging and accompanying clients to view/inspect the property.
Generating inspection report and communicating to concerned department and follow up Scheduling and arranging for the Move in of the clients.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Maintain and develop relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
