Customer Service Representative (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Follow-ups:

Call customers to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor while addressing payment-related concerns.

Upselling & Customer Engagement:

Promote additional products and services during customer interactions to increase sales. Inform customers about new arrivals, discounts, or special offers. Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and ensure repeat business.

Order Processing:

Assist in picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure all orders are packed according to company standards and delivered on time.

Record-Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain a detailed record of payment follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions. Report daily activities and progress to the management.

Team Support:

Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade customers and handle objections tactfully. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)

Personal Qualities:

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of [Insert additional languages if applicable] is a plus.
