We are seeking a dedicated

Customer Service Executive

to join our dynamic team. This role is open exclusively to Tagalog speaking

candidates

Key Responsibilities

:

Provide exceptional customer service support to clients. Manage and maintain documentation as per company standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Assist in general office tasks and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals. Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements

:

Fluent in English and Tagalog

(spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.). Knowledge of document controlling is a must. Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
