We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing exceptional service to residents and owners, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and play a key role in fostering positive relationships within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain accurate records.
Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Maintain accurate records of resident information, payments, and other documentation.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and managing office supplies.
Ensure compliance with Owners Association policies and assist in enforcing building regulations.
Process customer requests and feedback across various channels (email, phone, in-person).
Provide support for documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Manage site visits and customer-related activities (UAE Driving License required).
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in English (Mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
UAE Driving License (Compulsory).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in property management or a related field.
