Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Stay updated on product or service information, system changes, and company policies.
• Offer information about the company's products or services and guide customers on their use.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide superior customer service.
• Identify and report product/service improvement opportunities to management.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
