Customer Service Executive Italian National
Job Description
o Appointment slotting for prospective customers.
o Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise / information
o Documentation - scrutiny / checking and submission
o Data Quality of application information submission
o Biometrics - finger print scanning
o Segregation of application as per service
o Collection, handover & deposit of Cash for the day.
o Delivery of application to mission on the same day.
o Selling Value Added services
Other Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
• Working experience in customer service for an year.
• Working experience in a visa/travel industry will be preferred.
• Should be fluent in Italian Language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
