We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, arranging bookings, and providing outstanding customer service. Only Female philippines nationals are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and forward inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Arrange and confirm bookings for grooming services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide information about our services, pricing, and availability.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the grooming team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and booking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A friendly and professional demeanor.
