Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Executive - Express to join their team in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:
Manage Domestic and Warehousing services.
Respond to all enquiries regarding services, by consistently and confidently providing customers with accurate information through calls / emails and over WhatsApp.
Follow up on customers activity within the portfolio, through regular reports and calls cycle to sustain customers satisfaction and build partnership relations.
Develop existing customers via up-selling and/or cross-selling.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure the customer service and related functional process are consistently applied to improve the customer experience.
Insert, update, and investigate claims as per the standard operating procedures.
Coordinate and assist drivers daily to meet clients needs.
Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives.
Help achieve revenue targets through effectively promoting and selling the company\'s services and helping the sales team to close clients deals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, or any related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in the customer service field.
Good verbal and written English skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Eligibility to work in Dubai.
