Job Description

A complete documentation check & verification as per the standards of India Embassy/Consulate Promotion of Value added services Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner. Document checking to ensure that there are no missing documents. Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy of India Form Filling of the applications as per the requirement of the customer/service. Explains post submission procedure and informing applicant how to track his/her application. Make a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assure that there are no mistakes. Tallying and accounting of day end cash. Compliance with Behavioral conduct and process as laid down by BLS International.

Other Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills Working experience in customer service for an year. Working experience in a visa/travel industry will be preferred. Should be a Graduate. Should be Flexibility in working hours. Should have their own (Spouse/ Family/ Freelance) visa.

Pay: AED3,300.00 per month
