Job description
As a Customer Service Executive - Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
Employee has to work at Clinic front office and insurance desk
Patients registration and billing
Insurance approvals and billing
. Candidate with license is given more preference.
Review of claims in HMS and EMR
Update and maintain documents at the front office as per clinic requirements
Report missing or incomplete documentation
Flexible in duty timings
Willing to work in split duty.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
