Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about services and treatments.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic management software.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist with billing processes, including taking payments, processing insurance claims, and addressing billing inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and support clinical staff as needed.
• Address patient feedback and complaints, resolving or escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
• Inform patients about ongoing promotions, new services, and skincare products available at the clinic.
• Conduct follow-up calls or messages to ensure patient satisfaction and gather feedback on services received.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
