Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up: Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved and to provide additional assistance if needed.
Qualification
