Roles & Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding company
• Must have knowledge in MS office suite.
• Bachelor degree in BA English / engineering / relevant experience is required.
• Typing speed must meet nearly 40 WPM.
• Preparation of quotation and invoices in a timely manner to bill to client.
• Coordinate with client's suppliers on cargo collection and source for suitable sailing for the shipment.
• Follow up with overseas offices for freight rates, booking and shipment status.
• Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
• Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions with great accuracy.
• Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level
• Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
• Understand individual customer's processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Achieve and monitor customer's monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) closely.
• Comply with company's standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
• Communicate with superior to improve department processes.
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.
• prepare the SOP for each client & file it.
• Provide customer's report and company required reports (Daily, weekly, Monthly).
• Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent.
• Perform transportation coordination with overseas offices
• Close monitoring of client's shipments on daily basis.
• Monthly targets need to achieve is 1 time CTC with own generated clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
• logistics: 2 years (Required)
• customer Service Executive: 3 years (Preferred)
