Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Address customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensure a positive customer experience.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to assist customers with queries and provide accurate information.
• Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically to understand their needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Coordinate with other departments such as sales and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve services and overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that service standards are met and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions quickly and effectively.
• Capability to handle multiple inquiries or tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, help desk platforms, and other computer applications relevant to customer service.
• Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
