EnduraXcel - an e-commerce brand specializing in premium sports supplements and nutrients. EnduraXguard - focused on selling high-quality, customizable mouthguards for athletes. Our core business also includes commodity trading, where we source and distribute a range of essential goods across markets.
We are growing quickly and looking for a dedicated Customer Service & E-Commerce Coordinator to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person support. Process and fulfill orders placed through our online shops. Operate and maintain vinyl printers and Cricut-style printing equipment. Use design software to prepare artwork for printing and customization. Manage packaging, wrapping, and coordinate deliveries efficiently. Handle daily emails and inquiries from customers. Work with the team to improve user experience and streamline workflows. Track inventory and update product listings when needed.
Requirements:

Experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce setting. Skilled in operating vinyl printing machines and using relevant design software. Experience with Cricut machines or similar vinyl printers is a must. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. Proficient in managing online shop orders and customer communication. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Full-Time, In-Person Role Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Immediate start preferred
