The Role
Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess client storage needs and recommend appropriate size and storage solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle inquiries from calls, chats, emails, and walk-in customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure monthly KPIs are met and maximize company revenue by successfully closing storage rental deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage existing customer accounts and follow up on payment deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make sure to promptly follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion rate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create quotation, invoices, and contract for customers

Requirements
