As a Customer Service Calling Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and provide updates.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
