Onpoint is looking for a detail-oriented and meticulous Customer Service Associate based in Dubai.
The Job Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
• Verify and validate inquiries that come in through all channels, collect the brief details and to upload them onto the internal system.
• Respond to client emails within 1 hour.
• Facilitate the coordination between the internal departments and the clients.
• Provide and manage the deadlines of deliverables.
• Coordinate with the internal team on existing clients' follow-ups and relationship management.
• Cross-sell and promote the sister companies.
• Maintain reports on Google Ads Leads, ensuring the reports are shared with the Management twice in a day, or as per the Management's request.
• Meet the monthly target set by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
Experience:
• MS Office: 3 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Language:
• Arabic (Preferred)
