Job description
  • Responding/handling clients inquires and production orders
  • Tracking and coordinating shipments with the service providers.
  • Coordinating with logistics departments for any collection/delivery orders
  • Assisting our General Manager in handling customer requirements.
  • Updating clients on the balances they have on their accounts.
  • Assisting compliance department by communicating with clients.
  • Preparing production plans to the factory.
  • Maintain records through filing, coding and updating
  • Assisting accounts department in collections of the service charges.
  • Submitting reports and summary of daily transaction at the end of the day.
  • Prepare daily report and transactions summary
  • Assisting General Manager on new business development projects
Qualifications:
  • Preferably Male
  • Accounting Graduate
  • Very good command in English
  • Good reading and writing skills.
  • Strong grammar and spelling.
  • Competent keyboard skills.
  • Strong personality.
  • An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Freshers can apply
