Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 4000-5000 AED per month
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 10 am to 6 pm
Visa Requirement: Must have own visa
Availability: Immediate joiners only

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and adept at managing social media platforms? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service and Social Media Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through various channels.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Telegram and Discord.
• Foster and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
• Create engaging content and respond to community interactions.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms and community management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be based in Dubai and have own visa.
• Ready to join immediately.
