InkMASH, a pioneer in t-shirt and personalized gift items printing, is seeking a customer-focused, organized, and professional Client Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our exceptional team. We believe in delivering excellent service from the moment someone interacts with our business, and we're looking for someone who shares this commitment to quality and customer care.

What You Will Do:

• Customer Happiness: Greet and assist all customers through messaging platforms, email and office walk-ins, with positive energy and quality customer care, ensuring they have a pleasant experience from start to finish.
• Customer Relationship Building: Answer emails and when needed phone calls, building rapport and trust with clients to encourage repeat business, foster customer loyalty, and generate positive word-of-mouth referrals, while handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Effective Communication: Provide "first-class" customer service solutions to our clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their issues are resolved.
• Sales Support: Respond to client inquiries, schedule meetings, manage samples, and assist with placement of orders with support from the team.
• Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of customer inquiries, handle clerical duties such as filing and photocopying as needed, and ensure office security by following established safety procedures.
• Maintain a Positive Environment: Create a welcoming atmosphere in the office and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience collaborating within a team environment
• Honest , hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Friendly and confident personality with strong telephone handling skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Trello, Slack, FreshDesk is an advantage
• Self-motivated , with the ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask, prioritize , and manage time effectively
• Professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Highly motivated with a positive personality
