We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Service and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently while contributing to digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Manage large volumes of incoming calls and emails.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with customers through open communication.
Provide accurate, complete, and valid information using the appropriate tools and methods.
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions within set timelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas.
Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take extra measures to engage and delight customers.
Digital Marketing:
Assist in developing and executing basic digital marketing strategies.
Manage social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
Help monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance.
Use tools like Google Ads, SEO platforms, or email marketing tools to support campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills:

Strong phone and listening skills.
Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
Multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Marketing Skills (Basic):
