As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties. You will provide expert advice on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Your primary goal will be to ensure clients make informed decisions while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Consultation : Meet with clients to understand their property needs, budget, and preferences.
• Market Research : Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities.
• Property Listings : Advise clients on property listings, showcasing available properties based on their preferences.
• Sales and Leasing : Assist clients in negotiating property purchases, sales, or leases; prepare contracts and documents.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
• Property Marketing : Utilize digital and traditional marketing tools to promote available properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Property Valuations : Conduct property valuations and provide accurate pricing advice.
• Legal and Financial Assistance : Provide guidance on property laws, legal documentation, and financing options as necessary.
• Networking : Build relationships with other industry professionals, including developers, investors, and mortgage brokers.
• Reporting : Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience : At least 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a similar role.
