Job Vacancy: Reservation Agent (Holiday Home Experience)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservation Agent with experience in the holiday home or vacation rental sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling booking inquiries, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to reservation inquiries through various platforms (phone, email, online booking systems)
• Assist guests with booking holiday homes, offering recommendations, and answering questions about the properties
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth check-ins/check-outs
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences in the system
• Provide support in handling guest complaints and resolving any issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
• Previous experience in holiday homes/vacation rentals or the hospitality sector is required
• Proficient in using reservation software or property management systems (PMS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
