Job Description

:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent . The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to provide the best possible service
• Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software is an advantage

Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 , depending on experience
• Health insurance , paid annual leave, and other benefits as per UAE labor law
