- Participate in outbound calling programs and special projects as assigned

- Adapt to rotational shifts and remain flexible for internal career growth opportunitiesRequired Skills and Experience- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience, preferably within the real estate sector
- Bilingual fluency in English (B2 Level+), additional language skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but a combination of education and experience will be considered
