We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emails, and document interactions in our system.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
• Assist customers with product/service questions, orders, returns, and troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and resolutions
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Direct complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
• Provide support for other team members and departments when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is a bonus
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
