• Vacancy: Customer Sales Representative
• Salary: Based on Monthly Total Wage
• Hours: 9 hours (8 working hours + 1 hour break)

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our Operations team based in Dubai. This role will be responsible to sell tickets for the Big Bus Tours Middle East and deliver revenue / sales targets. To provide and deliver sensational great customer experience, utilizing our strategy with insightful advice and knowledge of all Big Bus Tours points and services available.

What Were Looking For

At Big Bus Tours, how we do things is as important as what we do, thats why our ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic and high-energy to sell our Tour experiences tickets, ensuring full guest satisfaction with great customer service and meeting sales targets.

Character may be important to us but there are a couple of minimum requirements for this role, these are:

• With 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service and /or similar.
• You must be fit & healthy, goal-oriented and well-presented who will be required to work outdoors
• You must also have an excellent command of English language.
• Any other languages will be of great advantage, preferably German, French, Italian and Spanish.
• High School / College Graduate and/or equivalent
