Position: Customer Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales to achieve business growth. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and maximizing revenue through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with other teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and report progress to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build and enhance professional relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving sales

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
