We are looking for a motivated, customer-focussed Sales Executive to the join the team!
The main purpose of the Sales Executive will be to undertake sales and manage and deliver an exceptional client experience by projecting the mission, vision and values of the academy whilst growing the academy's client base and revenue.
The main job duties and responsibilities are:
Convert new clients and retain existing clients by ensuring that they are satisfied with the academy's services and products. Follow-up with existing clients for package renewals and follow-up with new clients for trial conversion.
Monitor client feedback, resolve issues quickly and proactively address potential problems. Work with the CEO to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into service improvements.
Increase the value of the client base. Identify opportunities to promote, upsell and cross sell additional services such as additional classes/subjects, package upgrades, private lessons, examinations, performance opportunities and products.
Adhere to and ensure full compliance of all student support policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of client information, class attendance and payments.
Understand the needs and goals of the clients. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the academy.
Ensure the shop and front desk area are well maintained, safe and fully stocked. Manage academy equipment. Report any maintenance issues.
Maintain knowledge of academy services and products including features, benefits and pricing.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and values.
Any other duties as reasonably requested by the line manager.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in business, marketing or relevant experience.
Minimum two (2) years experience in a similar client-centric role.
Must have sales and/or marketing experience.
General knowledge of client service principles and practices, including the ability to handle client complaints and inquiries.
General knowledge of sales techniques, including how to build rapport with clients, identify client needs and close sales.
Working knowledge of office procedures and practices, including scheduling, record-keeping and office equipment use.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision whilst managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritising work effectively.
Ability to manage time effectively, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and find solutions to common issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, friendly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all information and academy administration is accurate and up to date.
