We are looking for a Relationship Officer to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to meet sales targets

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities.

Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support

Promote products and services to clients through effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing clients.

Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experienced and fresher's

roven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales orientation and ability to meet targets.

Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
