Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for both customer retention and customer success activities. You will develop and implement strategies to retain our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to analyze and respond to client feedback effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase client loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and satisfaction levels.
• Identify and address issues that may lead to customer dissatisfaction and attrition.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop retention campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide personalized solutions and support to clients to enhance their experience with our services.
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and actions taken to address their concerns.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to customer retention and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention and relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer retention, customer success, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the accounting or tax compliance industry.
• Knowledge of financial services and related regulations.
• Experience working in a B2B environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
