Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management (CRM):

Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Act as a primary point of contact, providing personalized and attentive service to enhance client satisfaction.

2. Database Management:

Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information and preferences.

Regularly update client records, transaction details, and other relevant data to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

3. Communication:

Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information achieving the desired outcome.

Collaborate and support sales and other departments to ensure professional messaging and consistent client engagement.

4. Market Insight:

Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and industry developments.

Provide clients with valuable insights and guidance based on market research and analysis leveraging product and market knowledge to support repeat sales.

5. Problem Resolution:

Address client concerns and challenges promptly, finding effective and satisfactory solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in CRM within the real estate industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Networking Skills: Ability to build and expand a professional network and relationships within the real estate community.

Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving putting the customer experience first.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Client Relationship Management - Real Estate: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Native Arabic (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
