WALK IN INTERVIEW - Key Responsibilities

1.Sales Generation: Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer acquisition strategies. Conduct outbound calls and meetings with potential clients to explain credit card benefits and features

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth application process.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Familiarity with banking or financial services products is an advantage.

Any Bachelor's degree (Final Certificate is mandatory). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Benefits: Fixed salary between AED 2,000 and AED 4,000 per month. Attractive performance-based incentives. Visa and Insurance as per UAE law. Training and development programs to enhance skills.
