Position Overview: A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The role involves understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings.
• Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to improve client engagement.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather insights.
• Train and support team members on best practices for customer engagement and relationship building.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or relationship management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Arabic speaking is a must
