Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer relationship manager to join our team at Auto Werks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and should have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase customer loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, services, and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
• Assist in marketing campaigns and social media marketing
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the showroom
• Supervising forms, order, and applications requested by the customers
• Identifying, and escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience (no. of years):

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management in the Automotive industry

Job-specific Skills:

• Experience in the Automotive field
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships efficiently and with confidentiality

Competencies:

• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Good communication skills in both English and Russian, Arabic is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
