Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of managerial experience in real estate development, with a strong ability to handle sales, operations, and post-sale teams. The CRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in our customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the real estate development sector.
• Oversee and manage sales, operations, handover and post-sale teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and service improvements.
• Lead customer service initiatives and training programs to enhance team performance. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, team performance, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all customer interactions and processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in customer relationship management within the real estate development industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales, operations, and post-sale teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
• Certification in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or related fields
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
