JOB SummaryManage CRM responsibility to ensure accurate data and effective communication between Sales and Operations. Drive improvements in customer engagement and order processing, supporting overall revenue growth and operational efficiency.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Oversee the day-to-day operation and open orders in Visual and AX system, ensuring data accuracy for all orders for both departments - Part Sales and Operations.\xc2\xb7 Propose and implement best practices and solutions to enhance order processing, reduce lead times, and boost overall revenue performance. Engage with both departments in feedback sessions to ensure that improvements align with operational needs and sales goals.\xc2\xb7 Assist sales with everyday activities such as review open orders, create Sales quotes when required.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time and resolve any issues, as necessary.\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with other departments (Supply chain, Logistics, Finance, forwarder, etc.) to ensure sales, queries, and orders are handled efficiently.\xc2\xb7 Generate regular reports on CRM performance, and customer behavior to plan strategically.\xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports to management regarding order status, delivery times, and any issues or challenges that arise.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Supply Chian, Logistics, and other departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. Facilitate the flow of materials between various Sales & Operations Department.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with sales, and operations teams to align strategies with overall business goals and improve customer service.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering appropriate solutions.\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delays or issues, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries, complaints, and issues.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and resolve customer issue.\xc2\xb7 Assist in monitoring inventory levels from time to time, to ensure sufficient stock for fulfilling orders for both Part Sales and Operations.\xc2\xb7 Participate in weekly calls with the Houston team to provide feedback, establish priorities on parts available and any additional assistance required from Houston.\xc2\xb7 Address and resolve challenges affecting order fulfillment, including backorders, quality control problems, and shipping delays.\xc2\xb7 Analyze MOH reports and suggest appropriate actions for the MOT\xe2\x80\x99s, and address key issues.\xc2\xb7 Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisorQuality, Safety, and Health - "Make sure we do things safely"\xc2\xb7 STOP WORK AUTHORITY: Empowered to stop the job when feel continuing the task would be unsafe\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all work practices and systems are consistent with the QHSE policies and relevant statutory requirements\xc2\xb7 Support the implementation of specific strategies within the Company to minimize the exposure of safety related risk to employees from injury or disease\xc2\xb7 Ensure Company meets its statutory obligations by supporting to QHSE Systems and Policies\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with safety obligations of persons generallyContinuous Improvement - "Show we can always do things better to eliminate NPT"Contribute towards continuous improvement of all processes and systems by:\xc2\xb7 Initiate and implement improvement in performance for the business\xc2\xb7 Create a management culture and system that encourages resourcefulness\xc2\xb7 Work with other specialists to identify, source and justify the implementation of new technologies\xc2\xb7 Support and participate on achieving organizational QHSE objectives\xc2\xb7 Other duties may be assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Experience: Min. 3 years working experience in sales related role, generating quotations and direct interaction with customers\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in sales coordination, commercial solutions, or related roles.Preferred Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and build relationships.\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools.\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the commercial solutions industry or relevant market segment is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.\xc2\xb7 Work conditions may include travel to and from other Canrig facilities.
