As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized support. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to identify improvement areas and assist in implementing customer-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact point for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development of client-focused strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
