We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Relationship Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Assistant, you will support the Community Manager in daily operations, client engagement, and administrative tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth communication with clients, promoting our programs, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle new and follow-up enquiries, providing comprehensive information about our services.
• Promote related activities to clients and encourage participation in multiple programs.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients, informing them about upcoming events and schedule changes.
• Keep the client database up to date and manage appointments and the booking system.
• Assist in creating promotional materials, help manage social media presence, and track marketing effectiveness.
• Communicate client needs to trainers, organize staff meetings, and reach out to residents for referrals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Higher diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• Customer Relations: 2 years (Required)
• CRM: 1 year (Required)
