Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers
: Respond to customer emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding product and order inquiries, with a focus on driving and closing sales.
Brand Awareness & Marketing
: Organize and execute offline marketing efforts, including signage, brochures, price tags, and sample distribution to clients.
Social Media Management
: Oversee and grow
TLC's
presence on
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
--planning, creating, and managing content while fostering an engaged online community.
Website & Product Administration
: Assist the
Design Director
with managing product listings, organizing
photo and video shoots
, styling, selecting props, and editing content for website and social media.
Showroom Management
: Take ownership of maintaining a
"showroom-ready"
studio, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and welcoming environment for clients, including managing samples, merchandising, and pricing displays.
Team Collaboration & Culture
: Foster an open and communicative work environment, leading by example and embodying

Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service or Sales
with a strong ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
, with the ability to organize and manage data efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written English skills
, with keen attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
Customer-Centric Mindset
, always prioritizing customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
Flexible Availability
, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Package offered:
Basic Salary + Incentives Based on Sales
(ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 8,000, depending on experience, competency, and leadership capabilities).
