• Handling Customer Complaints : They address customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Overseeing Interactions : The CRM Manager coordinates interactions between customers and various teams, such as Customer Service Representatives.
• Retention and Marketing Campaigns : They create and execute retention campaigns to retain existing customers and develop marketing strategies to attract new ones.
