Prioritization and coordination of quality-relevant customer reports
Leading continuous improvement of product quality based on market feedback
Active participation in solving quality problems according to the 8D method, including monitoring and demanding defined measures
Coordination of adjacent interfaces (production, national/international customer support, development, sales, suppliers) and enforcement of agreed measures
Monthly reporting of quality indicators
Data analysis from the service, support and goodwill process and derivation of appropriate measures
Support with internal audits including tracking of measures and documentation of recommended improvement measures

Job Experience
Experience in the field of household and kitchen appliances is an advantage
Experience in the field of quality management in medium-sized manufacturing companies
Experience in the most common problem-solving methods
Solid user knowledge of Office applications and ERP software
