What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing - Coordinate new Yo Telecom customers onboarding journey - Communicate, communicate, communicate with our customers, colleagues and external suppliers - Order equipment to customer sites ready for the installation or maintenance engineer visit - Working to Company SLAs for delivering customers, completing tickets on Salesforce CRM system, answering inbound calls and emails - Go above with service to WOW our customers with service and make courtesy calls to ensure they are happy with their telephone and broadband set up - Providing technical support to customers, fault finding on phone and broadband systems - Understand and develop knowledge about multiple technologies - See problems as challenges finding solutions and acting them with optimism - Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life Working hours will be in line with UK: 11:30am - 8:30pm (Changing by 1 hour during British Summer Time)Requirements
Are you the person we are looking for? - Fluent English - verbal and written - 1+ year minimum experience in customer service and administration - Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is beneficial - Able to multitask and work in a fast paced, high pressure environment - Proactive and responsive work ethic - A passion for people and business - Creative thinking combined with problem solving skills You can find out more about Yo via our websites and/or socials but if you think you could be our perfect match, get in touch!About the company
